Morning Tea with IHealthE | Synergising Healthcare Teams
On the 24th of July, we held the Morning Tea with IHealthE | Synergising Healthcare Teams event, focusing on the collaborative efforts essential for developing integrated healthcare solutions. The event aimed to explore how to create and work in dynamic teams capable of effectively tackling the complex challenges of modern healthcare. The session explored strategies for creating cohesive, cross-disciplinary teams and highlighted the impact of these collaborations on improving patient care and healthcare delivery.

The panel shared valuable insights on creating and working within robust multidisciplinary teams. Key discussions centered around the importance of fostering effective collaborations and the necessity of establishing a common language across teams to enhance communication and understanding.
